386-752-8656Barrs Plumbing Inc. was honored to host a raffle benefiting longtime customer and community member Laurie Evans as she continues her courageous fight against breast cancer.
After completing 16 rounds of chemotherapy and undergoing a double mastectomy, Laurie is currently receiving daily radiation treatments, with additional surgeries still ahead. Throughout her treatment and recovery, Laurie and her family have faced an incredibly challenging journey, and Barrs was proud to help bring the community together to show its support.
The fundraiser was a tremendous success, made possible by the generosity of Barrs customers, friends, neighbors, and community members. Every raffle ticket purchased and every contribution made helped demonstrate just how much a caring community can accomplish when everyone comes together for someone in need.
All raffle proceeds went directly to Laurie to help support her and her family throughout treatment and recovery. Barrs Plumbing is incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, donated, purchased raffle tickets, or helped spread the word about this special fundraiser.
Giving back has always been an important part of who we are at Barrs. We are proud to serve our local community, but we’re even more proud when we have the opportunity to stand alongside our customers and neighbors during life’s most difficult moments. Laurie’s strength and perseverance are an inspiration, and we are honored to have played a small part in supporting her journey.
