Garrett is always so knowledgeable and professional. We use Barrs for all of our needs over the last five years. This time our whole house was only pumping hot water? And we have city water. Garrett identified the problem quickly and we have a good mix of water again.
David was an absolute professional. Installed in-line water filter on refrigerator, tightened lines and made sure everything functioned properly. Also, gave great advice on sink filter. His work is the reason I call Barr's for any plumbing needs.

David came out and took care of several of the issues that we were having. We had an issue with our water and he very quickly diagnosed it and took care of it. He also installed a new hot water heater as our old one was well past it's service life. David was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He explained the entire process to us and left all the areas that he worked on in immaculate shape.
On a separate job, we had Trey come out and do an installation of a water softener system. Much the same as our hot water heater replacement, he was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the whole process and how to maintain it. It was greatly appreciated.

We had a major re-piping job we needed done and Barr's had the knowledge and expertise we needed! Jason and Jessica were lovely to plan and coordinate with. Anthony, Trey and Garrett were kind, professional, showed up early, and worked hard all day to get us running water. Barr's explained everything to us and saved us from probably spending more on slab repairs by doing the re-pipe. We now have a plumber we trust that we can call if anything pops up! David Hardaway was the service tech for our emergency water repair at our home! He did a great job and was extremely personable! We will certainly request David in the future if we ever need plumbing repairs!
