Arrived in the time window I was given, my repair was completed in less than 15 minutes. Knowing how and what to do and having the correct parts on the truck makes a world of difference but showing up is the first hurdle for most companies. Excellent communication and service.
Our hot water heater went out and this is the first time using a plumber in Lake City. Barrs sent out two plumbers the same day and replaced it with a 40 Gal AO Smith. The install went seamlessly. They left the work space nice and tidy with no mess. We received excellent service from the office staff and the plumbers. Thank you.
