David was very knowledgable, answered all our questions, was very professional, personable, and was superb at his job. We would like him to come back soon, to replace our kitchen sink and faucet, but first we need to purchase both items. I can't say enough good things about Barrs Plumbing! I recently had a new refrigerator delivered after going almost 3 weeks without one, and when the delivery team couldn't figure out how to shut off the water to hook it up, I was stuck. I called Barrs Plumbing and spoke with Whitney, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was able to get someone out the same day! Zach showed up and was amazing — friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He had the issue taken care of quickly and got everything hooked up without a hitch.
This wasn't our first time using Barrs Plumbing either — about a year ago, they installed a new hot water heater for us, and we had the same great experience: fast, friendly, professional service from start to finish.

I had my entire 1964 brick home repiped and Zachary and his crew worked from early morning to almost dark and got job done. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Very pleased with work done and customer service very helpful also.
While on vacation our water heater developed a leak. Our son and daughter-in-law recommended calling Barrs Plumbing. Garrett came out on the scheduled day to evaluate the problem. He said he could possibly repair the leak but since the heater was more than 20 years old we just decided to have it replaced. Garrett was able to get a new system and got the job done before we arrived home from vacation later that night thus keeping us from having to spend more time in hotels. Highly recommend these guys.
