Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Build and assemble plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and electricians, to ensure seamless project completion.
• Lift heavy materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.

Position Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project specifications.
• Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor is necessary for performing various tasks on the job site.
• Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely is required.

Additional qualifications:

• Must have your own tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a a good driving record.
• Must be self-motivated and able to troubleshoot.
• Must have the ability to read blueprints is essential.
• Must be willing to travel.
