Had problems with erosion around the water treatment system tanks that Barr's had installed 5 months earlier. Tanks were tilting and stressing the plumbing. Reported it to Barr's on Monday and it was taken care of the next day. Good company and good service.
They were very responsive when communicating information. They were very professional in getting the job of installing a new water tank.
Our water system was 27 years old and decided to quit. I contacted Barrs Plumbing, got a call back the same day and met with them the next day. Their pricing beat other company's by a lot. I scheduled the next week and they were finished in no time. Great people!!!
I called Barrs on a Thursday morning and they offered to have somebody come out that day. We chose to have them come out the following day. The technician who arrived, was professional, prompt, and courteous. He found our issue very quickly, so we were able to pass it along to our contractor. (Not a plumbing issue per se) We will absolutely use them again should the need arise.
