Today is Monday and I called 2 other plumbing companies with one saying it would be Tuesday afternoon and the other saying Thursday afternoon! After that I called Barrs and now wish I had called them first! Very professional and on the way 10 min after the call to the office! David called me on the way to talk about my problem,look at the pics that I had sent and understand what he needed when he got there. He arrived and had it fixed in no time. Great Experience!!
The 2 plumbers showed up on time diagnosed the problem quickly effected the repair in under 30 minutes. Very pleased.
My service tech, Anthony Matos, was friendly and fast. He helped fix my problem in minutes! Highly recommend!
Zack Harvey, Service Manager with Barrs Plumbing was very knowlegeable and resourceful. He listened carefully to my plumbing problems and was able to make recommendations and provide information on how I can move forward. He was on time and had excellent customer service. Garrett came out today to repair a leaking toilet. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything. He even provided advice on how to prevent future issues. After not being satisfied with several other plumbers, this was our first time using Barr's and we are thrilled to have found our new go-to plumber. 10/10 will use again.
