Had them come out for a low water diagnosis Garrett was absolutely amazing told me exactly what needed to be done gave me their plan of action and honestly the pricing was not bad at all would recommend 10 out of 10

We called for an estimate on replacing the 26y/o water heater in our mobile home. David came out timely and evaluated what we had, provided information on options for a replacement and answered all our questions fully. He provided the estimate same day, allowing us to evaluate what would meet our needs. We were very happy with the prompt service and clear, timely communication.
David and Jay came next day, removed the old (which was in a very tight spot) and installed the new hot water heater quickly. We were impressed with their work ethic, and quality of the work. They were professional and respectful and worked well as a team. We are pleased with the results and happy to have a potential problem resolved quickly.
David was awesome. Super respectful of my house and time. Got everything identified and resolved quickly, answered all my questions. My greatest appreciation to his professionalism, his skill, and his transparency on the process. Very happy customer, will call Barrs Plumbing again.
Our toilets backed up yesterday evening. Called Barrs and Jeremy arrived in approximately 20 minutes. He had everything taken care of very quickly. I can't thank him and Barrs for the fast response. And the Veterans discount was greatly appreciated.
It's a shame that I can only give 5 stars!
1. The technician was superb
2. The work started at exactly the beginning of the time window quoted
3. The job was much more complex than either the technician or I expected, but he evaluated the problem and solved it without delay
