Anthony was very prompt and professional
With our plumbing issue. Was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do service wise. I will use Barrs Plumbing moving forward. Other companies near us never replied to our request and Barrs was quick to respond to our plumbing concerns.

Surprisingly skilled with doing water witching!! I did not know such a thing still existed. He found the lost water lines and was was able to tap in.

Anyone can be taught how to do a job, but true character can't be taught. Anthony was clearly knowledgeable about his work, but what stood out most was his character. He was respectful, honest, and takes real pride in his work. It's rare to come across someone who combines technical ability with genuine integrity, and Anthony absolutely did. Barrs Plumbing should be proud to have him representing their company.
Salt tank was acting off. I cleaned out and restarted but was not acting properly. Trey inspected and helped reset things and explained operation. All seems better now. He's always been professional and friendly. Quick service response also.
Technician was able to come out same day and got toilet back and going in under an hour!

I have always liked many things about Barrs and have given excellent reviews in the past but this time I was disappointed. They fixed the most of the plumbing issues but I feel overcharged for what was done and definitely did not need two technicians for this job. They ignored one of my request about draining the water heater because of a lime rock build up even though when I scheduled the service I was told this would be done. The technician proceeded to tell me why it would not work. I have lived in my home for 50 years and know that this does work to regain hot water and water pressure with hot water since lime rock in the water is a big issue in my area. Now, in order to get this done I will have to call someone else and pay an additional service fee trip charge along with paying for the actual work. As my mother would have said I think this company has 'gotten too big for their britches'
Pleasant , efficient and got the job done. Ensured all of my questions were answered. I will use this company again.
